Where We Will Be
Our homebase will be a Private Oceanfront Villa in Tower Isle, in the Parish of St. Mary. Refresh & rejuvenate in sacred waters. Free your mind & heart while witnessing natural abundance and magical sunsets in the hills.
What You Will Experience
We will guide you reconnect with yourself on the deepest level, to recenter and be able rebalance with little to no effort. You will learn the power of Breathwork, and how to reset your nervous system. You will learn to surrender into the peace that comes from "Flowtation" and harness your power within the waters.

Stretch into the day with our Beginner’s Yoga Class. Simple but effective stretches that will help you relieve tension, increase circulation, and energize your Spirit.
Fitness
Daily fitness classes infused with dance are just what the Doctor ordered! Energize yourself every afternoon and release stagnant energy. High-intensity interval training and calisthenics are also available if you so choose.
Breathwork Workshops
Learn the power of proper breathing. Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool that has been proven to reduce stress, heal ailments, and reset the nervous system.
Holistic Healing
Experience the benefits of natural herbs & tonics, as well as curated ancestral healing practices. We will also teach you the art of Self-Massage, which will help ease and bring balance to your Mind, Body, & Soul.
